How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal, and longer for weddings and busy seasons like grad and Christmas. We can sometimes fit in last-minute bookings, so it's always worth asking.
How do I hold my date?
A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer hold your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event. We take e-Transfer, cash or card.
Do you deliver, and where?
Delivery is free within Saskatoon. For events outside the city, we include travel in your quote. Grab-and-go garlands, bouquets and balloon boxes can be picked up.
Do you take everything down after?
Yes. We come back after your event to take everything down, or you can keep the balloons. Rentals are collected and checked after your event.
Can I rent items without decor?
Yes. Backdrop stands, arches, plinths, the shimmer wall, marquee numbers and more can be rented on their own, with a refundable damage deposit.
What's included in a quote?
An itemised quote for design, setup and any add-ons, sent within 48 hours of our chat and valid for 7 days. Bigger designs include a sketch.
Can you decorate outdoors?
Yes, with a plan for the weather. Outdoor balloons last a shorter time in heat, wind and cold, so we talk through timing and placement when we quote.
Are balloons safe around kids?
We secure tall arches and weigh down helium pieces. Please keep balloons away from children under 8, and never release balloons outdoors. We use air-filled balloons wherever we can.
